We are currently planning a special Champions Cup for the tops teams in the UFL. And there's a possibility that your team will match up against top teams from other leagues in Singapore or even travel up to our neighboring Countries like Malaysia and Indonesia.

Anything can happen here in the UFL. Don't hesitate, just participate!

Instructions: How to register your team?

1. Click on the 'Register Now' button to download the application form.
2. Fill up the form.
3. Scan and send the completed form to register[at]ultimatefutsal.com.
4. Alternatively, you can email us your team name, captain and vice captain's name, contact number and NRIC to register[at]ultimatefutsal.com.
5. After reviewing your application, we will send you a confirmation either by post or email.
